Agility includes the following elements that allow you to Monitor, Analyze and ACT :

• Operational Intelligence (OI) – Monitor and Analyze - Like Business Intelligence (BI), OI provides the core set of analytical tools such as real time Dashboards, Queries, and Drill Downs to evaluate your Macola Data. At the top level, OI combines Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) into Dashboards. Double click on an indicator and you are presented with the ability to Drill Down on the information. OI can also organize information in a number of ways:  Graphs, Charts, Pivot Tables, and Crystal Reports. Information is offered in a grid like format similar to Excel.  These deep queries produce the information offered with relevant fields from every Macola table.  You can easily analyze your business by arranging the columns of information which are important to you or by hiding the ones not needed; then simply save the new view with a new name.
• Operational Execution (OX) – ACT -  In order to analyze and react to operational information, all business transactions need to be real time utilizing the WiSys WMS and Production Applications. OX also includes the ability to ACT (Agile Composite Transaction) on viewed data as an automated Macola transaction without having to launch a Macola Application and transpose the data. As an example: if you are looking at inventory data and realized that you are short on a specific item then you can simply right mouse and select “Create PO.”   These same actions are available in Order Entry, Shipping and Manufacturing for both POP and SFC.
• Agility Framework – Agility is installed with over 100 pre-defined KPI’s, Dashboards and Views created by the Agility Design Studio. You can copy and change these base views or create your own including incorporating your own tables outside of the Macola Data Model.
